This is my favourite time of the week. You’ve removed and de-greased your chain (absolutely a weekly task in this godawful weather), scrubbed down your bike and put everything back together; freshly-lubed.

I picked up a lovely new Park Tools stand to help with this task which i must say, is a tasty piece of kit and does make things a whole load easier when stripping down and rebuilding a bike.
