I always love watching and listening to Graeme Obree, the guy lives, and literally breathes cycling and cycling technique. Since meeting him i’ve tried to keep in touch with what he’s doing and i’ve just seen this video via The Heavy Pedal, which shows off his breathing technique from the manual that he wrote and published.
